MY DOUBTS AND FEARS CARRY OVER INTO MY CONVERSATION WITH MY BROTHER THE NEXT DAY:

Good morning, D...  I’m sorry I didn’t get to spend time with you last night.

D: It’s alright, I know you were with M...  You had things to discuss.

H: Yes, I fear the end.  Actually, I fear the “after the end.”  What if it all goes black and that’s it?  How do I know I’ll get here?  And that if I do actually go anywhere, that the Druid temple is where I will end up?

D: My dear, you have so many questions for such a young mind.  You should not be concerning yourself with these things yet.  Of course you will not truly know where you will be until you get there but you do have M’s word, and that of the rest of the Elders, that you will be brought to the Temple when you pass and that those grounds will be your home.  Do not take M’s word lightly.  He does not make a promise only to break it.  What he says is final and will come to pass.  He will not let you down.  If he told you he will be there waiting to take you to the Temple while you cross over, then he will be there.  You will not go alone.  The entire Circle is aware of your wishes and they have them in writing.  This request will not be ignored.  As an Elder yourself, they hold you in the highest regard.  You are one of them and they will protect and honor their own. 

D: My love, do not worry so much.  You see me, hear me and feel my touch every day yet you still doubt the reality of our existence.  I do not understand.  You have seen Md for yourself, with your own eyes.  You have smelled the smoke of the Temple when it burned.  You feel M when he strokes your long hair.  You feel me playfully punching you in the arm.  You feel IA getting fresh and MD goosing you.  You feel RW try his hardest to tickle you – you just felt me squeeze your knee.  You have seen our faces, felt us hold you, felt MA give you a shove in the back yesterday when you doubted him.  You feel my kisses, you have gotten lost in M’s.  You cannot deny the sensations we gave you when the demons were about. 

D: My point is that you see and feel all these things that occur from us and we are so much a part of your life… we walk with you, speak with you, hold you… yet you still find reason to doubt the existence of those you hold so close.  Why, love?  Do not frown, I am not angry with you.  I only wish to understand what is needed to make you understand that this is real, all of this, your family, your Circle, your friends and familiars, the worlds you visit… my love, if MA cannot prove it to you, then what must I do?

H: I… don’t know.

D: A kiss? A hug? An embrace?  I do not possess the energy needed to make something physically appear before you and for that I am sorry.  I only wish there was something else I or anyone else could do to truly make ourselves known to you.  I was just informed that you saw a physical apparition of MA yesterday.

H: Yes, barely.  It was very light and transparent.  Almost unreal, a trick of the eyes.  Or of the mind.

D: My girl, if I did not carry such a deep love for you… I would soon find my hands around your throat.  But I won’t.  Because I love you.  And because now I have begun a mission to prove to you that when you die and shed your physical body, you will be here, with us, with me, and that all of this IS real and is here waiting for you to cross the planes into the rest of your life.  Here.  With us.  There is nothing more I can think of to say on the subject because words alone are not going to prove to your human mind that I am real.  Emotions may do it.  Physical sensations may do it.  But I fear nothing short of a physical body in front of you will make you see that the ones you love are here, walking with you and waiting for you. 

D: My love, I will find a way.  If it takes every last bit of my strength, I will do it.  I will prove to you that this is all real.  See, I know you felt that because you smiled.  Then I shall give you more kisses.  And anything else I can think of in the meantime.  I think I shall not stop until you see my face before you.  Even if it is just an overlay of energy, at least it is something!

H: DD… I am sorry.  I’m so frustrated.

D:  I know but that’s what happens in the physical body and mind and world… you get trapped.

H: But aren’t you in a sense trapped out there in the astral without a body?

D: Yes and no.  See, the thing you’re worried about is not having access to the physical sensations you achieve with a physical body.  The thing is though that you do have those sensations here though you may feel them in a slightly different, or even more enhanced way because now you’re not just relying on the touch to nerve endings, now you’re experiencing the energy behind that touch and the energy can penetrate your being because it no longer has a physical body standing in its way. 

D: It is very difficult to move energy in the physical world.  Here, it flows freely which is why we are able to do the things we do here.  Once you are here and learn to manipulate the energy around you – and you will be taught what does not come natural – you will find it very easy to move around and create solid objects just by the will in your mind.  Energy you expend will take tangible form which is how you built your castle and my cabin.  You put energy into it and that energy took form, the form you wanted it to.

H:  DD… explain to me please, as best as you can, what it is like to live on the planes?  How will I get there?  How will I adjust?  How will I see, hear and feel?  How will I move around?  What else can you describe about what it is like to live on the planes and is it really possible for me after I pass?

D:  First of all, yes it is possible, as you will come to find out after you arrive.  You will be brought to the Temple as you requested and be released from your physical body.  Home will be the grounds for you until you want to leave.  Drinking ale and wine are a favorite pastime, haha. 

D: When the time comes, MA and others will be waiting to take you with them.  You will see them as shadows at first, then your eyes will adjust and you will see them clearly.  Do not fight them when they start to pull you into the wall of light.  You will see MA hold out his hand and you will need to take it and hold on tight.  When they start to pull you across the veil, you will feel as if you are going very fast.  I know you will be scared at first but it will be exciting.  I was scared at first too, but I went to a different place. 

D: You will arrive at the grounds almost immediately where you will rest until you get yourself acclimated to the plane.  It will probably take you a few days.  It took me about three to four days to get my senses together.  If you need more time, that is fine.  MA is very patient.  In the meantime, just rest and let your astral body and your mind wake up fully. 

D: When you have your vision, you will be able to walk with MA to the Stone of Beginnings.  There you will tell MA that you wish to remain living within the Circle grounds.  He will take a ring from the stone and place it on your finger.  This will be the same ring given to your astral self back in September signifying you as an Elder, only this time you will actually physically have it on your hand, not just an astral representation of the Elder’s Ring.  Home will be made yours then, and you already have a cabin there.  From there on it is up to you where you want to go and what to do. 

D: I will be waiting for you to settle in.  When you are ready to finally meet me face to face, all you have to do is call my name in your mind and I will hear you.  That is the beauty of planes life.  Thought is composed of energy and it can be focused with very little effort.  When you call upon me, Heather, will be the best day of my life.  I will be by your side immediately.  You will finally be able to see me as you have wanted to.  D the Magnificent, live and in person.  You will be surprised, I am sure, in a good way of course.  I will finally be able to take you in my arms and squeeze the air out of you.  Do you realize we will finally be able to travel together and have you get the full experience?  We will fly to the mountains and nothing will be wrong.  I will make sure you have only good experiences when you travel with me.  You will get to see all the things you have only yet seen with your Mind’s Eye.  I will take you to all the places we have been and show you new places too.  Travel on the planes only requires thought and focus.  You will get the hang of it quickly, then you can take me places as well. 

D: You will never be lost because you will have a strong connection to the Circle Grounds and also to your castle and you only need to will yourself back there.  If you are ever out on your own and find yourself in trouble, all you need to do is call out to one of us and we will be there. 

D: As far as a physical body is concerned, that is left behind.  Your astral body begins to take form within the first few moments of being released onto the plane.  It takes on a physical form with the same senses you have now, with the only exception being your sixth sense heightened.  You will see, hear, touch, taste, smell, all as you do now but your energy sense will be as strong as the others.  There will be much to learn once you get here and it will take a lot of time but you have a lot of people here who love you very much and will help you in any way you need. 

D: Heather, I know I will not be with you for some time yet, but I cannot wait until you finally come home.  It will feel so good to hold you and actually have you feel it for a change, and to have you really see the things you only see partially now.  You will not be disappointed in your life here, I promise you that.  Be sure to call on RW too or he may not know you want to see him as well.  He loves you very much but he will not impose himself on you if you are not ready to see him. 

D: Other than all that, I really do not know what more to describe at the time.  I will be happy to answer any questions you have as you ask them though because I am sure there will be more than what we have spoken of here. 
 
D: I will keep you warm tonight, love.  I know you are shivering.

I: I know you will, you are always by my side.

D: As well I should be.  In my heart, I am still your guardian.

I: And I still look up to you.  You are a great source of knowledge and comfort and you are a healer more talented than I could ever hope to be.

D: You have the talent, love, all you need is the practice.  I will help you get there.

I: I am so glad to have you as a working partner.  You know how I learn, so you know exactly how to teach me.  You and MA both.  I have gained much knowledge from you both and you are doing just as a father and elder brother should in training and preparing me for what will come on the other side of the veil.

D: Yes, your crossing will be a sad yet joyous event.  It will be peaceful though, so you need not fear it.  There will not be any pain.  That’s all I will tell you of it though.  I have already said too much.  We are not supposed to discuss such things.

H: I understand.

D: Shall we go back in?  Even I am cold out here.

H: You can feel the cold?

D: Of course I can, love.  If I am with you, I am there and everything there is here.  Yours is just another plane to travel to.



MA TAKES ME TO MEET WITH THE SPIRIT OF THE GREEN HUNTER

ASTRALLY... We are in a lush forest, dense with vegetation and cold with mist.  It is absolutely silent except for the sound of footsteps getting closer.  MA settles himself against a tree and I take a seat next to him, drawing my legs in close, as it is cold.  He puts an extra cloak around my shoulders and a figure approaches, hooved, looks as if it’s in the form of a centaur. 

SGH: “Welcome, Jylsamynne.  When you came to me the first time, I looked past you because you lacked the knowledge to hear me.  You now have what is required to know what lies ahead and behind.  When he (MA) takes you deep into the wood, pay close attention to the rhythms around you.  Now listen to my words and commit them to heart so that others after you may lean the truths that exist beyond the trees.

SGH:  “When you walk through the woods, you will feel the heartbeat of the earth.  Let the rhythms speak to you and become one with their souls.  Do not leave without paying your respects to the fae who have died in vain against the selfish ways of man. 

SGH:  “It is true that the trees carry within them the secret of life.  They carry within them the truth to being your highest self.  Ride the spark in the great oak tree from the root to the sun and on the way, you will see the memories of evolution. You will see the rise of man and understand the truths behind the killings of hundreds of forests the world over. 

SGH:  “The imprint of every creature is within the heartwoods of every tree, for what has returned to the ground now lives within them and gives them life.  Here we speak of secrets danced around by Nomads who taught that the first baby fell from a tree, as the tree is the giver of life.  Talk of the origins of man has been going on since the second generation and the answers were here among us all along.  Death came to those who failed to heed the teachings of the elder trees because they tried and failed to separate themselves from nature.  The death of man comes now because the separation continues.  Man does not realize that by tearing down the woodland, he is severing his lifeline, for it is the breath of the trees that breathes life into his lungs. 

SGH:  “Do not do what your dear departed ones have done by returning to the ground.  Instead, return to the water so that you may rain down upon the trees that comfort and shelter your heart.  Tear down no tree in your time, but plant new each year so that in the end the trees will outnumber the men and the battle will be fair.  Sow them with your love and your spirit so that you may hear them with your soul.  Grow with those around you in their knowledge and strength.  Their heart is yours, I give it to you, to speak with them and know them as one of them, for you are a guardian of the green and your eyes are theirs, as are your ears and heart. 

SGH:  “Set upon your path now to speak to the trees and to make their pleas known that they may live to rebuild the earth after its second ending.  I will speak to you again soon, for there is much to be said.  Go now in peace, and try to hear the heartbeat as your own.”

MA:  We will leave an offering now.

We leave cakes and wine at the base of the tree where we sat and listened.  I bless the offering and the ground.  I stand up, slightly dizzy from the outpouring of energy and MA steadies me.  “Easy, love.”  We walk off.

I:  “Father, what did he mean when he said, ‘their heart is yours, I give it to you…’?”

MA:  My dear, the Spirit has granted you access to the secret language of the trees.  You need it for your position here and for your outer works as well.  Even though you heard previously, you did not fully understand.  You will now. 

MA:  Each and every tree alive holds a story for you and it would take many lifetimes to hear them all.  Instead, go into the heart of the tree each time you sit with one and take from it the knowledge that it gives you from its very core, the pertinent information that will bring news from the spirits of the forest about what healing is needed and where. 

MA:  Listen to the very earliest histories they speak of to you and you will understand, for your own knowledge, the very beginnings of time and the beginning of man.  This will help you in the end when it comes time to judge the end games between good and bad, light and dark, man and earth. 

MA:  The earth will be the innocent and as such she will suffer the most.  By going deep into the heart of the trees, you will learn what is needed to bring them back to repopulate the earth after the end, to start life anew. 

MA:  Take it in time, there is no greater virtue than patience. 

MA:  Come, let us go warm by the fire.  DD wants to sit with you, so we will cast a fire here.  He will find us here soon.



I STRAY... SO I SEEK FURTHER DEDICATION TO MY CIRCLE, AND AN ELDER'S LESSON:

I: MA, what can you do to help me become stronger and more dedicated to the Circle and the Path?

MA: The dedication must come from you, my dear.  To make you stronger, I will intensify your training.  You will learn much from the other Elders and you may teach them things along the way.  Teaching is also a part of learning.  We will make you busy, love.  Busy enough that you will not have time to concern yourself with such desires as to your brother. 

MA:  He will see you in study and will leave you alone.  You will become wise in the way of the Druids.  If he wishes to still work with you, that is fine, but not until you have sat with each and every one of the Elders and can prove a specific task to them.  Until then, you are staying here, my love.  Your cabin is secure.  You may see him for one hour a night, if you wish.  I will not stand in the way of your other works however, because there are souls who need you.  If you must tend to them, let us know.  Then come straight back here. 

MA:  In time, you will become accustomed to working a great deal with the Circle and this will become habit to you, to be here instead of out with your temptation, falling deeper and deeper in love with a tragedy that awaits you should you give yourself completely over into his grasp. 

MA:  Be strong for DR and remember your calling.  Be strong for the Circle and remember your purpose.  We need you here, Heather.  You have asked to be bound to the Circle and to myself.  Let this training now strengthen that bind so that you do not fall away into the darkness. 

<Says something short and powerful in a different language, raises staff, white flash of light, DD disappears from where he was standing listening.>  (Birds circle above and a young N drops from within their circle.)

N: I am N.  You will be with me now.

H: Greetings.  (He slips an arm around me and brings me into White.)

Upon being further committed to the Circle, I am to sit with each Elder, one by one, learn what I can and prove myself in a test to them.  This is also partly to keep me from DD as I am being too engulfed by his charms – well, not really his, but those of the darker realm who are using him to get to me, get my heart away from DR and re-write the scrolls of the Rain. 

Long story short, it is not him I am falling for, but the demons that surround and use him in their attempt to lure me into the Dark.  MA will not have it.  I went to him for help.  He grabbed me, I was pulled back, he pulled harder and held on, saying with a fire in his eyes, “I WILL NOT LET YOU FALL!!!” 

I am confined to my cabin on the Grounds, save for an hour a night in which I can spend time with DD – supervised.  I may see MD at any time that I am not in study.  I may perform my Transporter duties whenever needed.  His goal is to keep my mind within the Circle and eventually bring my heart back into it.

Elder N approached me from out of a circle of birds and took me into the White.

N: “Welcome, did you enjoy your trip?”

H:  “I can’t say that I remember it.”

N: “Do you remember when I came to you?”

H: “Today, yes.  You took me off into… White.”

N: “I took you somewhere safe.  DD will not come here.”

H: “So what am I in for with you? And where are we?”

N: “We are upon the Light plane.  You know it as the atmic.  Do you know how to get down?”

H: “From this plane?”

N: “Yes.”

I try to distract N by asking him questions about this area while I cut a door with my foot just below me.  I drop into the door, only to find he has cast a safety net which catches me up to my knees.

N: “You’re too solid.”

I call down Water and become myself the Mist which sinks through the net and I descend quickly to the Temple, laughing wildly and bringing attention to myself.

N: “Very good.  <Squeezes my hand.>  Try to get back there now.”

He is holding me down as I try to ascend.  I use my Elven sword to cut the ties but they reform.  I try to sink through the ground and make a detour away from him but he pulls me back as if I am on an elastic cord.  I detach mind from body and send my mind to the White.  Looking down, I throw an apple at his head while he stands there looking at my body, still at the Temple.

N: “Very good, but I could have done without the apple.”

He asks me to let him escort me down to Heaven’s Dark Eve.  I’m wary, so I ask [dragon familiar] to accompany us but he is busy working with a friend.  Ianana flies us down and we bring 20 up to the Gates, returning afterward to my castle where we all drink from the fountain.  Surprised, I see (the currently living) JM there. 

N: “I am very impressed with your work dear.  You are talented in healing not only the living but the dead.” 

He wanted to see how far and how well I travel.  He wants to show me how to better use the environments of the planes and teach me evasion and escape techniques should I ever need them.



I AM FIERCELY BOUND TO MY FATHER (MA), AND HAVE DONE A HEALING ON MY BROTHER DD...

MA: How are you feeling now, my love?

H: Still confused but not quite as stressed out over the job, at least. 

MA: Good, good.  You will do fine, my love, it just takes time and practice.

H: Thanks… how is DD doing?

M: He is sleeping, but he is having very happy dreams.

H: Not about me, I hope.

M: Haha.  I’m not sure but he certainly is grinning in his sleep.

H: Oh that can’t be good.

M: Hahahahaha.  Let him dream what he will.  As long as he is enjoying himself, who are we to judge?  I see you looking out over the skies.  There will be no rain tonight, my love.  Not yet.  The haze makes it look like the clouds are heavier than they are.

H: Kind of like a camera on me.

M: My dear, you are beautiful.  Do not insult yourself with such a trivial thing as appearances.  Even if you looked a goddess, if your heart was black, then the rest of you would be no better but your heart shines with the light of a thousand suns and therefore that light envelopes you and calls out your true beauty to the surface.  Others see it, I do not know why you cannot.

H: One is one’s own worst judge.

M: Profound.

H: Hardly.

M: But true at the least.  The mystery in you though is that you judge yourself with such harshness yet you do not judge others.  You only see their light.

H” ‘Tis a curse.

M: ‘Tis a blessing, my love.  Otherwise, your brother would not be alive and nor would I.  We have both told you that you are gifted with the Sight.  You see things that mortal men do not.  You may have a mortal body but you, my dear, the true you, it is a gift from heaven that you are with us now.  You are the balance of Light to Dark and you have the gift that lets you separate the two and see the truths behind the veils.  Never let that gift go, love.  Never let it be taken from you.

H: MA, do you promise to love and protect me for the rest of your days?

M: What a question, my precious child!  As you are my own and of my blood, yes, my dear, for the rest of my days and for the rest of yours for as long as you choose this immortality and in the after should you change your mind, as solid and final as my staff is my word that yes, love, my protection, my devotion, my love is yours until you choose otherwise.  I will NOT let you go.

H: And as such my life is yours, as your daughter and as your heart, a dedicated companion and your strength in times of weakness.  I shall fight by your side and let love be my guide.




MY BROTHER TEACHES ME ABOUT PLANTS THAT DO NOT LIVE ON THE PHYSICAL PLANE...

D: We can start with some plants that can be gathered in these mountains.  Toward the foothills, you will find a shrub called the Western Thatch.  It has yellow prickly leaves with white veins and red flowers with five petals.  It is used as a relief from sore muscles.  The petals are crushed and used in a tea – six bulbs per 100 pounds.  It is a muscle relaxer and will make you tired.  As a concentrate, boil down to thicken, 20 bulbs per dart tip (wood soak) to tranquilize – nothing smaller than a doe or it will likely kill it, and we cannot have that.

D:  Ward Leaf – purple leaves, white flowers. 6 to 12 feet high.  Roots powdered for headaches.  Power dose = 1 gram, or chew 1 inch of root.

D:  Man’s Cane -  Tall, thin tree.  Strip leaves and split reeds to heartwood.  Use heartwood for stomach ailments.  2 grams, powdered in honey.

D:  In astral area of Sorrel, plant for physical weight loss called Thorny Sage.  Dark green, bushy, very small yellow flowers.  9 feet high along the water, up to 6 feet high further up the cliffs.  Use energy of roots and leaves along with the Red Pangean Sagamore Tree berries.  The tree grows alone along the drier coastal areas, up to 30 feet hight.  Call the 2 plants together and bring their energies into you, asking for a specific goal – once a day until you reach a healthy physical weight.



MD IS A WARLOCK WHO HAS BEEN WITH ME SINCE I WAS 14 YEARS OF AGE.  HE PASSED IN 1952, BEFORE I WAS BORN.  HE CAME FIRST THROUGH A OUIJA BOARD, AND THROUGH THE YEARS HAS GROWN INTO A VERY CLOSE FRIEND, WHETHER OR NOT HE LIKES TO ADMIT IT.  I HAD SHUT HIM OUT COMPLETELY FOR MANY YEARS WHEN I REALIZED I'D GONE DOWN TOO DARK A PATH AND HAD TO TURN AWAY FROM IT BEFORE I WENT COMPLETELY DARK.  EVENTUALLY, I LET HIM BACK IN, REALIZING THAT THERE HAD TO BE KEPT A BALANCE.

HERE, WE DISCOVER THAT EVEN A DARK ENTITY, SUCH AS MD, CAN STILL HAVE A SOFT SIDE (AND PLEASE DO PARDON HIS LANGUAGE... HE IS, AFTER ALL, *NOT* A LIGHT BEING:

H: MD, I’m here, love, what’s up?

M: I’m sorry about last night.  I know I made you uncomfortable.  I don’t know what came over me.

H: I don’t either, but I don’t remember you ever talking to me like that.

M: I don’t know dear.  It’s like I just had to know the truth from you.  Emotions are something I haven’t dealt with in a long time.

H: I remember the first time you said, “I love you,” to me.  You stumbled over it and fought it.  You could barely get it out.  Sounded like it shocked you to hear yourself say it.

M: It did.  Last time I gave a shit about anyone was my family.

H: And now you give a shit about me.

M: Obviously.

H: And a little more.

M: A lot more.  I love you, damnit.

H: I love you too.

M: But it’s easy for you.

H: Not always.  Guess you’ll just have to come to grips with the fact that you still have a heart.

M: Ow?!

H: You’re not ALL bad.

M: Yeah, well, don’t let that get out.

H: So why did you need to hear it so bad?

M: I don’t know.

H: You don’t know, or you won’t tell me?

M: Both.

H: <A look.>

M: Look, some part of me… I don’t know.  I need that in my life for some reason.

H: Because now you have it, so you remember it, you miss it, and you don’t want to lose it.

M: You’re good.

H: It’s my job.

M: To read people like a book?

H: Sometimes it helps.

H: M…

M: Heather.

H: How can I help you sort through everything you’re feeling now that you don’t understand?  How can I make it easier for you?

M: I don’t know.  Just be constant with your feelings and let me know they’re real.  I know you have DR and MA and DD and that’s fine, I understand, but let me feel it when you are with me.

H: Is there a time now when you don’t feel it?  Can you not look inside of me and see what I feel?

M: Heather, I feel it every time I’m with you and when you’re away, I still feel it.  There is something between us that is stronger than me.  It holds me to you and I know it comes from my damn heart.  I don’t understand how I am still able to love and after so long being consumed by darkness, where does this come from?

H: It’s a part of you that you never let go of, that you wouldn’t let be taken.  It’s why you’ve stayed with me for 18 or so years.  It’s why you (did a bad thing to) LD.  It’s why you nearly killed DD and tried to the Bitch.  It’s why you let me hold onto you and why you keep me close.  It’s the look that flows over your face when we share a moment when nothing else exists than our history and our ties.  It’s why you come to me when something’s bothering you – like your recent failure with the Bitch – or even with this.  The fact that I know you love me draws me that much closer to you.

M: You’re so good, it’s scary.  I taste the words that fall from your lips in a kiss of sweet serenity…

H: M?

M: Yes, love.

H: You’ve gone poetic.

M: I know, it’s your muse.  Just promise me one thing.

H: What’s that?

M: That your love is truly for me and not just for the things I do for you.

H: Oh, M… I won’t let you go again.

M: Good.  I’d just come right back in again.

H: Good.  I would hope after this long our bond is that strong.

M: Good!

H: Good!  <Laughs.>

M: Oh, sweetheart…

H: Be careful.

M: What?

H: You’re smiling.

M: <Smiles.> Shut up.

H: Far be it from me to strip you of your evil-ness.

M: <Red eyes.>  Hahaha.  Never happen.

H: Good.  ‘Cause then you wouldn’t be of any use to me.

M: Ah!  Is that how it is?!

H: <Laughs.> You know better than that.

M: <Face softens, looks me in the eyes.> I do.  I still don’t know how you did it.

H:  I didn’t do anything.  I only knew that suddenly you wanted back in my life really bad and I realized I was wrong to shut YOU out with everything else.

M: But I knew you’d come around.  I just had to give you time.

H: And I wish you’d pushed your way back in sooner but I’m still glad you did.

M: Me too.  But I’m here now, that’s all that matters.

H: And I hope you stay.

M: Nothing to worry about there, dear.  You do a lot for me too.  Believe it or not, you’ve helped me out with a lot.

H: That’s sweet.

M: Shush.

H: <Laughs.>



I SPEAK FURTHER WITH MA REGARDING BONDS, BINDS, ASTRAL POLYAMORY AND MY PURPOSE

M: Ah, my dear, so glad you could finally make it out.

H: I was talking with MD again this morning, helping him sort some things out.  Then I spent this afternoon with DD.  I’m sorry.  We are getting along so well and he has been instructing me on the medicinal uses of some of the mystical plants I come across.

M: Yes, yes.  The blush on your cheeks tells me exactly how well you have been getting along.  That and the fact that you are now speechless.  Hmmm.  I cannot control you, my dear.  I can only trust that your heart means what it says to each one that you love.

H: I don’t mean to hurt anyone.

M: I know you don’t, love, and I can live perfectly fine with the love you have for me, just as MD can with that which you have for DR.  DD also understands, or he would not feel for you as he does.  Just be careful with your heart, my love.  House it in too many places and it will forget it belongs to you, then you will not know love, only purpose.  We do not want that.

H: No, I understand..

M: I love you, Heather.  I love you in many ways.  Should you need anything, you know that I am here to listen.

H: Thank you.  I will go with Elder N again tonight, and let him test me some more if he wishes.

M: No need for more tests, my dear.  He has watched you over the past few days and combined with what he has seen you do in the Circle as well as your other work, he knows full well what you are capable of.  At this time, he only wishes to show you how to set traps and show you how to escape some that you have not yet encountered.  Becoming mist will not always work, nor will your Elven sword always be at the ready.

H: Wait, he is aware that on the astral, I carry a child.

M: Yes, love.  Nothing done in study will harm you or the child.  Everything you will do in learning under the Elders is only hypothetical, to see how your mind will work and to fine-tune it.  You know that we would not harm you in any way.

H: I am just making sure.

M: You must trust in us, my love.  And in me.  You are my daughter, and my only one.  God willing, no harm will come to you in my care.

H: I know, and I do.  Believe me.  If I did not trust you, M, would I lay my crossing in your hands, and trust that you will bring me home?

M: My love… <touches face>  How did I get so lucky that you would accept my hand when I came to you?  I truly did not know which turn you would take at the crossroads, or how far down the path you would come.

H: I didn’t really have much of a choice once I turned into the woods.  I was pulled down the path quickly.

M: At that point, yes, we may have accelerated your arrival just a bit, but my dear, you were already on our grounds and well more than halfway here when you saw Thomas.

H: Had DR not translated to me what I was seeing and urged me forward, I would have turned back. 

M: DR wanted you here badly and at the time we had [dragon familiar] lead you to the crossroads, DR already knew you had an open invitation into the Circle. 

H: He seemed so jealous though.

M: Yes, he did not want to lose his position.  He also had issues with your being taken into the Circle so easily.  However, once it was revealed that you were also descended from the P... line, then he understood.  He also still thinks you are given special treatment, but you are not.  You do a great deal of work with us and stand at the ready any time we call.  You respond without complaint, assist without ego, and do not ask for or expect recognition, which is why you get it. 

H: What then of the others when they do something outstanding?

M: They are honored as well, only usually in private.  Can you blame a proud father for making a spectacle of you?  If DR wants recognition and it will soothe his heart, then he shall get it, although I have already given him a great many things, including the hereditary staff that marks him as my heir.  I still wield my Staff of Power and will continue to do so until I choose to embrace the mortal life and give over my abilities to him.  I do not foresee that happening for a very long time yet, for I still have much work to do.   Many need me now and will continue to until well after the Rain comes.  I intend to see the world anew even if it takes ten thousand years to rebuilt itself.

H: Hopefully I will be by your side for that long and beyond.

M: I have no doubt that you will be, my love, for as long as you want to walk with me, then you will and I will always welcome you by my side.

H: I may only leave you briefly to travel or do my work, but I will always return to you, a strong and faithful partner, companion, friend, student…

M: And so on, yes.  The levels are endless, which is why I shall never intentionally let you go.  By being one thing to me, you are all things and it is on these grounds that we are bound.



ASTRAL SHIELDING AGAINST DAEMON, PROTECTIONS AROUND MY ASTRAL CASTLE, AND MATTERS OF THE HEART

MA: My dear, hahaha, you certainly gave N the what-for last night.  You’re very creative.

H: The flames were easy, but I think I scared him a little when my eyes turned to flame.  The spinning blades were a little tricky and the quicksand took some good timing.

M: <Laughs> Yes he was quite taken aback by your eyes when you drew the fire into yourself, and also impressed at your use of fire and ice together.  Go with him tonight and he will show you how to set traps that you may find useful, especially around your castle.  That is a good idea regarding the dome of absorbency but what should happen should MD go to your grounds?

H: I’ll have to think of something else.  The dragons are already a good protection.  An eye… or a unicorn…

M: Those are more along the lines of defense.  Which in itself is good and necessary should your traps fail, but we will cover that later. 

H: A swallowing earth barrier?  Sort of like an invisible moat.  Only set to sense, swallow and send away evil that tries to cross it…

M: Again, what of MD?

H: He is not pure dark.  I only want this to ensnare pure demon.  MD is a good man if you can find it.

M: Indeed he is.  So a demon-specific trap then surrounding the castle grounds…

H: Including the woods, mountains and lakes but excluding the fishing village.

M: Why the exclusion?

H: They are strangers to me, they came of their own accord and they live their own lives.  I will not judge what they do, so long as it harms nothing on my grounds.

M: That will be quite an undertaking.

H: Have you ever known me to do anything half-assed?

M: Haha no dear.  I will let him know what you intend to create tonight.  I am sure he will think of some others to show you as well.

H: I’m thinking of one… to protect me if I am if I am ever downed in battle or by sickness.  It would have to be selective though.

M: If it is an energy trap you are thinking of, it will recognize the energies of those close to you and it will differentiate between one who intends to help and one who intends to harm.

H: OK.

M: I see the trap you are envisioning.  You would need to program that into your own energy field for it to take effect when needed.

H: Is that something I have the ability to do at this point?

M: It may be advisable for you to wait until you are more proficient with energy work and more aware of your own energy patterns before attempting something that your life may depend on.  However, dear child, you will not be in any battles any time soon so I would not worry about that now.
